ERLOSAB (Erlotinib)-150mg

ERLOSAB (Erlotinib) a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, works by blocking the function of a protein called the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). It acts by blocking signals within the cancer cells that make them grow and divide. Blocking the signals causes them to die.

Indicated for;

• the first-line treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non- small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) activating mutations.
• patients with locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic pancreatic cancer.
