HERCLON (Trastuzumab) is a targeted (biological) therapy works by targeting the HER2/neu receptor on cancer cells. It works by killing the cancer cells by inhibiting HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor protein).

Trastuzumab is used to treat;

  • Metastatic breast cancer
  • HER2-positive early breast cancer following surgery, sequentially or concurrently with chemotherapy and, if applicable, radiotherapy
  • Advanced gastric (stomach) cancer
